Obituary of Alice Victoria Wild
Wild, Alice Victoria (Sis) was born on March 18, 1921 in Brockington, Saskatchewan and passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 5, 2009 in Regina, SK. Alice was the fourth child of five born to Arthur and Selma (Sandberg) Elsner. She was predeceased by her husband, John Wild; parents, Arthur and Selma Elsner; siblings, Alma (Mike) Sereda, Roy (Ivy) Elsner, and Donald Elsner. Alice is survived by her sister, Laura Edin and thirteen nieces and nephews. She was a very dear and special aunt, and will always hold a special place in the heart of her nieces and nephews. Alice was a strong and determined lady, who worked hard all her life and always took time to share her blessings with others. Alice and her husband, John, met in Melfort where they both worked. They moved to Regina as young people, and worked hard to develop a loving home that was always open to family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 1:00 pm. Alice will be laid to rest next to her husband, John, at the Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations, in Alices memory, may be made to the Salvation Army " Div.
