Obituary of Alvon 'Al' Rodney Reiter
On Thursday, December 10, 2009 Al Reiter passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents; sister Eldean Korte; and son Les in 1974. Al is survived by his loving wife, Sally; daughter Brenda (Brian) Tondevold; son Brian (Shirley); eleven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; two brothers Rod (Mil), Keith (Susan); one sister Phyllis (Bob) Bell; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Al was a grain buyer for 37 years with Sask Wheat Pool in Gray, SK. He was passionate about his Goldwing Motorcycle and rode whenever he could throughout North America and even Mexico. While living in Gray, Al volunteered at the rink and served on both the school board and hall board. He loved to dance but his greatest joy was spending time with his family.
