Obituary of Hilda Orvik

Hilda was born on July 3, 1926 near Dummer, Saskatchewan, one of eleven children of Syvert and Thora Orvik. She was welcomed into the presence of God in the early morning of Dec. 14, 2009. Hilda is survived by her three remaining siblings, Lewis Orvik of Victoria, B.C., Mabel Jacobson of Minnesota and Jennie Froese of Regina, as well as her sister-in-law, Jeanne Orvik of Regina. Hilda became a resident of Elmview Extendicare in 1967, and lived there for forty-two years. The family is very thankful for the loving care she was given and wishes to express appreciation to all the staff who were part of her Elmview family.?
