Obituary of Martin Jacob Janzen

Martin was born on February 18, 1922 in Herbert, Saskatchewan and passed away peacefully on December 31, 2009 at Grace Hospice. He is survived by his daughter Jean Theaker (Brian) of Grand Coulee, SK; and son Bill (Holly) of Sherwood Park, AB. The best grandpa in the world will be missed by grandchildren, Kris Theaker, Nicole Theaker (Dan Crozier), Tony Theaker, Danielle Theaker, Michael Theaker, Riley Janzen, Tyler Janzen, Dayna Janzen, and great-grandchildren, MacKenzie Thompson and Raymond Crozier. Martin is also survived by siblings, Otto, Eldon, Gerry and Una. He was predeceased by his wife Mary; son Tony; and sister Judy. Martin will be remembered for his gentle kindness and charity towards others. A Family Memorial Gathering will be held at a later date.
