Obituary of Mary Magdalena McLeod

On Tuesday, January 12, 2010 Mary passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the age of 95 years. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Alexander Frank McLeod, in 1981. She leaves behind four sons to cherish and remember her: Douglas (Betty) of Estevan, SK; Donald (Mary Lou) of Ottawa, John (Joyce) of High River, AB; and Ernest (Maria) of Regina, SK. Mary also leaves behind six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. There will be no service at Marys request. A private family interment will follow at a later date. The family appreciates the care and support of the nurses, support care and pastoral care of the Santa Maria Senior Citizens Home, and would like to extend their thanks for their compassionate care of Mary. Flowers gratefully declined.
