Obituary of Hannah Dorothy Miller

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one, Hannah, on Tuesday, January 12, 2010. Late of Regina Lutheran Home, and formerly of Neudorf, SK, Hannah was the youngest child born on September 1, 1909, to Elizabeth and Jacob Niebergall. Predeceased by her parents; husband Frederick; and sons-in-law, Dan Dyck and Wolfhard Frank; she is survived by her four daughters: Marilyn (Ray) Lowenberg of Lloydminster, Patricia Frank of Regina, Donna Miller (Michael Petre), and Myrna (Michael) DeNicola, both of Calgary; six grandchildren: Janis (Rick) Dibben, Jayne (Art) Stack, Darren (Terri) Dyck, Darla (Braden) Walters, Melissa Frank (Rod Carroll), and Fredrick DeNicola; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. As well, Hannah was predeceased by her three sisters: Mary (John) Ortt, Emma (Jim) McLeod, Clara (Fred) Stein; and four brothers: Carl (Alice), Frank (Ida), William (Lena), and Adam. We will miss the genuine concern she always had for all of us " especially the little ones?. She was blessed with good health and we had the opportunity to celebrate her 100th birthday with many family members and friends. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 17, 2010 at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. A Service to celebrate Hannahs life will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, January 18, 2010 at the Regina Lutheran Home, (please use 125 Hamilton Street entrance) with Pastor Dennis Fingas officiating. Interment at Regina Memorial Gardens. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated staff at the Regina Lutheran Home for the superior care and love our Mother received. As well, thank you to the nursing staff at the Pasqua Hospital 4C, for their care and kindness.
