Obituary of Joyce Constance Morin

It is with great sadness that the family of Joyce Morin announce her passing on Thursday, April 1, 2010. She is predeceased by her father Louie (Mac) Morin, mother Genevieve, sister Mary and brothers Louis, Albert, Johnnie and Jean-Louie. Joyce is survived by her companion Brian Elliott, her daughter Fran Walker (Terry and children), her son Lanny Berner (Monica and children), and her sisters Ida Moran, Edna Tiefenbach, Linda Cunningham, Sylvia Hamilton, and many nieces and nephews. Joyce was a compassionate woman and a loyal friend and would not hesitate to help her friends and family. She also had a great sense of humor and was fun to be with. She will be greatly missed. Prayers will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Ave. Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 in Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Lebret, SK with Rev. Edward Hengen presiding. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK S4P 2R3.
