Obituary of Glenndon Morris MacMillan

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Glenn MacMillan at the age of 55, late of Pilot Butte, SK on April 11, 2010 with family by his side. He was predeceased by his parents Allan and Grace MacMillan, brother Robert MacMillan, sister Alison Salahub and mother-in-law Edith Hammett. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 28 years Cheryl, children Justin, Stacey and Travis, sister Valerie MacFarlane, brother Daryl (Darlene) MacMillan, brother-in-law Ivan Salahub, sisters-in-law Maureen (Emerald) Anderson, Laurel (Kelly) Simons; brothers-in-law Robert (Tracy) Hammett, Kevin Hammett, and father-in-law Stanley Hammett. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and his special four-legged friend, Nemo. Glenn grew up on the family farm in Colfax, SK and completed high school in Weyburn. He then moved to Regina, where most weekends were spent returning to the farm that always had a special place in his heart. He will always be remembered for his dedication to his family, and the pride he had in his children was evident in every conversation. A service in Celebration of his Life will be held on Sunday, April 18, 2010 at 2:00 pm in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Ave. Regina. Interment to follow in Riverside Memorial Park.
