Obituary of Hugh Joseph James Gallagher

1938 2010 Hugh, born in Gananoque, Ontario, passed away in Regina, Sask on June 18. He was predeceased by his parents Patrick and Theresa, sister Sheila and brother-in-law Ron. Hugh is survived by his wife Julie and daughter Shelley (Ken James); three granddaughters, Christine (Tyler), Sydney, and Taylor; four great-grandchildren, Keanna, Sierra, Summer, and Shayla; his brother Brian (Marie) Gallagher, sister Maureen Brown and several nieces and nephews. Hugh joined the RCMP in Ottawa in 1958. He retired in Regina after 25 years and many transfers. Hugh joined Brinks Canada in 1982 until 1998. A private family service and interment will be held at the RCMP Cemetery at a later date. Many thanks for the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff at the M/P ICU at the Regina General Hospital.
