Obituary of Edwin Herbert

With great sadness we wish to announce the sudden passing of beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. In Regina, on Thursday July 29, 2010 Ed passed away four days before his 76th birthday, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Osgoode, Ontario on August 2, 1934. Ed was predeceased by his parents Ambrose and Irene, brother Joseph, sister Theresa and step-granddaughter Natasha Roenspiess. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Irene, his four daughters Edwina Herbert, Diane Toker, Charlene (Jerry) Roenspiess and Kathy (Mike) Danylczuk, grandchildren Brett Herbert (Kayla), Alyssa Toker (Stewart), Kyle Toker (Meghan) and their dad Wayne Toker; Nathan, Colby and Chelsea Fargo and their dad Darcy Fargo; and his pride and joy great-granddaughter Kaylie Toker and great-grandson Drake Edwin Herbert. Also left to mourn his passing are his brothers Paddy, John and Leo, sisters Margaret, Mildred, Marie, Muriel and Ann, all of Ontario as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. A private Funeral Mass for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, August 3, 2010. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. Flowers most gratefully declined.
