Obituary of John A. Jameson
John A. Jameson, late of The Royal Regina Rifles passed away in Regina, Saskatchewan, on Monday, August 2, 2010, at the age of 84. Born and raised in Regina, Colonel Jameson was predeceased by his parents, T.H. (Harry) Jameson, QC., and Mary C. Kennedy and a sister, Ruth Heinisch. He is survived by Sheila Y. (Tucker), his wife of 58 years; three children, Thomas R. (Melody), Jill Y. (Alex) Docking and Douglas A. (Brenda) and four grandchildren, Kevin, Kaelynne, Brett and Haylee, all of Regina; and several nephews and nieces. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 6, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in St. Marys Anglican Church, 3337 15th Avenue, Regina, with The Reverend Christopher Snook officiating. Floral gifts are gratefully declined.
