Obituary of Viola Mae Carnrike

VIOLA MAE CARNRIKE 1916 2012 Viola passed away in her sleep at Parkside Extendicare on Tuesday, December 18, 2012. Vi was born in Waldeck, SK, took all of her public schooling there, and high school in Swift Current. She graduated as an R.N. from Saskatoon City Hospital and spent 40 years nursing in SK, mostly in Milden. She and her friend Leota retired to Regina, and with their friend Gertrude, spent 14 winters at their place in Arizona. A private family graveside service will be held in Swift Current in the spring. Survived by her brother Ralph; niece Lorraine; nephew George; and their families, Vi was predeceased her sister Aileen and brother Theodore Ted?.
