Obituary of Kenton David Petkau

PETKAU " On Monday, December 15, 2008, at the age of 27 years, Kenton David Petkau was received into the arms of his loving Savior. Predeceased by his paternal grandparents, George and Nettie Petkau and maternal grandfather, John K. Neufeld. Kenton leaves behind to mourn, his loving wife, Robin; his faithful canine companion, Jazz; his parents David and Betty Petkau and his two sisters, Janae and Michelle of Calgary; parents-in-law, Bruce and Janice Nuttall; brother-in-law Michael (Lori) Nuttall and nephew Harley; sister-in-law, Jenna Nuttall (Cory) of Pense; grandparents Frank and Julie Foster and Sylvia Nuttall of Pense and Helen Neufeld of Swift Current; great-grandmother, Hazel Foster of Regina; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Kenton was born on June 26, 1981 in Moose Jaw, SK. He spent the last fourteen years in Regina, where he graduated from Campbell Collegiate in 1999 and where he met his wonderful wife, Robin. Together they built a home on Robins grandparents acreage near Pense and where they were beginning to live out their dream together. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in Living Hope Alliance Church, Arcola Avenue East (Highway #33 to Stoughton 1.5 km east of Prince of Wales Drive on Arcola Avenue) with Larry Hurst officiating. Interment in Pense Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined.
