Obituary of Annette Marie Fortner

FORTNER, Annette Marie passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 11, 2009 at the age of 38 years. She was predeceased by grandparents, Ray and Margaret Fortner. Survived by parents Dennis and Doreen Fortner, Wendy Nargang and grandpa and grandma Honig. Siblings, Tina, Carol (Scott), Rick (Stacey), Dennis and Lisa, nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles, cousins, also special aunt and uncle Dennis and Darlene McKay. Annette also had several special friends and nurses on unit 2-5 at the Wascana Rehab Center. Bowling, crafts, puzzles and helping people were a few of the joys in her life. Annette also loved going for walks and would always come home with change that she found along her way. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 16, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. Flowers gratefully declined, friends wishing to, can make donations in memory of Annette to unit 2-5 of the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre, 2180 - 23rd Avenue, Regina, SK S4S 0A5. A family interment will be held at a later date.
