Obituary of Catherine Annie Sklar

SKLAR - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Catherine Annie Sklar, late of Regina. Catherine passed away very peacefully on January 12, 2009. She is predeceased by her parents, Wallace and Ruth Bell; her husband, Nick; her brother Oliver Bell. She is survived by her son Doug (Marie) of Edmonton; her daughter, Linda Mathie (Ted) of Regina; grandchildren: Kirsty Sklar, Carly Spence (Tyler), Cameron Sklar, Moira Balkwill (Jon), Jennifer Mathie and Christopher Mathie; and great granddaughter, Cora Spence. Catherine was a proud veteran of WW2, who had many interests such as gardening, cooking, reading, travelling and handicrafts. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends. Private family interment in Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined.
