Obituary of Constance Packman

PACKMAN " It is with profound sadness our family announce the passing of our matriarch, Constance Packman at the age of 96 years on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, born August 20, 1912. Predeceased by her loving husband Jimmy in 1974, and her mother Mary Hannaford. She is survived by her son Greg (Gloria) of Regina Beach, SK, her beloved and devoted grandchildren, Heath, Aron, Tara (fianc Chris Sebastien), all of Regina, SK. Connie was a lifetime member of the Wascana Country Club and Past President of the Saskatchewan Ladies Golf Association. Her love of golf was later taken over by her love for her grandchildren. She was a part of their life on a daily basis and cherished the time she spent with them. She also enjoyed tending her flowers and reminiscing about the winters her and Jimmy spent in Palm Springs with dear friends. Special thanks to George and Joan Murphy, for their kindness over the years. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 16, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. Interment will be held at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined.
