Obituary of Fred Micheal Gorniak

GORNIAK " Frederick Micheal Gorniak Jr., born November 22, 1950 in Fillmore Hospital, Dad Fred Gorniak passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 17, 2009, surrounded by his family and friends. Predeceased by his father Fred Gorniak, Sr.; mother Katherine Gorniak; sister Daisy Mozylisky, Dad, Fredie is survived by his wife (Spooker) Rose Gorniak; two sons, Jeff (Dana), Greg (Sonya) (Tammy); four grandchildren, Brendan, Cody, Jordan, Arianna; one sister Adeline (Marcel); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the nurses at the Pasqua Hospital, Palliative Care Unit. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina with Rev. L. Romanow presiding. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
