KEN EMSLIE April 30, 1931 " February 20, 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Ken on February 20, 2009. He will be deeply missed by all for his kind heart and thoughtful nature. His witty sense of humor and twinkle in his eye brought a warm smile to those who knew him. He thoroughly enjoyed his professional career in the oil industry, which spanned 35 years and took him and his family to Alberta, BC and Oklahoma. Predeceased by his wife of 50 years, Roberta in 2007; Ken is survived by his children: Ron (Rhonda), Brad (Jenny), Jeff (Denise) and Michelle (Darryl) Gyorfi; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one sister Louise Phillips.
