Obituary of Helen Henrietta Kempf

KEMPF " On February 28, 2009, Helen Kempf (nee Paidel) of Regina passed away after a brief but courageous battle with cancer at the age of 77 years. Helen will be lovingly remembered by her four children: Carol (Bernie) Schultz, Randy Hehn, Debbie (Mike) Galan and Tracey (Brad) Fink; fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Tony Paidel, Wilfred (Marj) Paidel, Wally Paidel and Arnold Paidel; sisters, Elizabeth Bogdan, Ermgard (Charlie) Topal, Anne Spanier, Linda (Rudy) Wolfe, Mildred Groff and Theresa Kirsch; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Helen was predeceased by her mother and father, Anton and Elizabeth Paidel; brother, Kasper; and sisters, Margaret Kirsch and Marie Konescni. Helen was a caring and loving mother and grandmother. Her unwavering strength, courage and sense of humor will never be forgotten. She will be sadly missed by all whose lives she touched. At Helens request a visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, March 6, 2009 from 6:00 " 8:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. A private family interment will take place in Riverside Memorial Park at a later date.
