Obituary of Jack Edmond Moore

MOORE, JACK EDMOND Jack passed away peacefully on April 2, 2009 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Regina on January 17, 1925 and raised on a farm near Tompkins, SK. He was a proud member of the Professional Engineers, St. Marks Lutheran Church, the Masonic Lodge and the Shriners. Jack will be lovingly remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend and the cornerstone of three families blended into one. He was predeceased by his parents, Alan and Laura Moore; his first wife, Sue; sister, Eileen Mussman; and brothers, Bill and Don Moore. He is survived by his loving wife, Betty; children: Eileen, Kathleen, James (Loretta) Cruise, Cindy (Fritz) and Jim Friesen, Randy Fritz, Laura (Moore) and Curtis Montgomery and Patrick and Sherilyn Moore; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, as well as his siblings, Elsie (Moore) Greengrove, Ken (Phyllis) Moore and Alice (Moore) Park. The family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff of the Regina General Hospital CCU, 6A and ICU. Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in St. Marks Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3510 Queen Street, Regina with Rev. Craig Moeller and Rev. Trent Felstrom officiating.
