MICHAEL MIKE HUBERTUS KOOLEN March 21, 1925 " April 4, 2009 On April 4, 2009, Mike passed away peacefully in the Pasqua Hospital with family by his side. Mike was a dear husband, dad, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. Mike is survived by his wife of sixty years, Christine; children, Gerald (Joanne), Maria (Alan) Long, John (Lucy), Vivian (Pius) Dakiniewich, Betty Anne (Robert) Bruce, Pierre, Dennis (Velma) and Michelle (Dennis) Choat; grandchildren, Michael (Josie), Curtis (Amber), Marie, Jason (Renee), Matthew (Michelle), Neil (Jessica), Robert, Ian, Nathan, Dallas, Megan, Kyle and Cody; great-grandchildren, Kadence, Kyler, Kennedy, Brenden, Dredyn, Hunter, Jacob and Lucas. Prayers will be held Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Little Flower R. C. Church, 420 College Avenue, Regina. Interment to follow in Riverside Memorial Park, Regina, SK. Flowers most gratefully declined.
