Obituary of Elizabeth Mary Neigel

Elizabeth Mary Neigel, late of Lakeside Nursing Home, Wolseley, Sask and formerly of Regina, Sask went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at the age of 89 years. Predeceased by her husband; Lawrence, her parents, Andrew and Elizabeth; her brothers (sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law) Andrew Leibel (Theresa Stulberg), Lawrence Leibel (Kay), Phil Leibel (Anne), Sebastian Leibel, sister, Lena Sax, (Peter); Betty is survived by daughters, Marie (Grant) Simpson, Regina SK, Beverly Geissler (Robert) Medicine Hat, AB, Janice Lakusta (Ernie) Edmonton, AB, sister, Lydia Weckend (Edmonton), sisters-in-law, Eleanor Neigel (Regina), Theresa Leibel (Medicine Hat). Four grandchildren Christopher (Crystal) Simpson (Tyson, Jesse, Kasey) Kelly (Shauna) Geissler (Justin, Adam, Evan) Tammy Kozak (Dean) (Dylan, Keegan) Nadine Norminton (Rob) (Hunter, Brooklyn). Funeral Mass will be Monday, May 4, 2009 at St. Cecilia`s R.C. Church, 5020 " 7th Avenue, Regina, SK at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. John Weckend presiding. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. Special thanks to nurses, Gwen (Mama), Vivian & Carol for their loving and compassionate care; June Stroh and Elvira Schneider for their spiritual support; Joyce Bonner who always made sure Betty`s white hair was ``beautiful`` and to all those at Lakeside who have lovingly looked after Betty the ten years she called Lakeside her home. Flowers gratefully declined.
