Obituary of Verna Mae Martin

MARTIN - On Thursday, June 21, 2007 Verna Mae Martin passed away at the age of 82 years. Predeceased by three husbands, her parents Katy and Eugene Lebell; sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen (Ivor) Bradley. Verna was a very independent and upbeat lady despite many medical challenges. She quietly lived her life tending to her beloved dogs. Verna kept in touch with with family by letters and photographs that will be cherished by her many cousins across Canada. Many family picnics, visits to lakeside cottages and each other's homes for family dinners as children and young adults are fondly remembered. Verna would wish to thank the many friends and neighbors who helped her in her times of need. Much appreciated. A Graveside Service will be held at a later date in Riverside Memorial Park, Soldiers Plot. Flowers gratefully declined.
