Obituary of Justina Rumpel

JUSTINA RUMPEL (Nee Fink) January 17, 1932 August 14, 2012 On Tuesday, August 14, 2012, after a long battle with cancer, Justina Rumpel of Craven died at the age of 80 years. Predeceased by her husband Albert; parents Karl and Sabina; five brothers: Florian in infancy, Joseph, Philip, Karl and William Fink; three sisters: Marion Woodward, Eleanor Piluso and Elizabeth Schaffer; four brothers-in-law: Hugh Woodward, Giulio Piluso, Frank Chase and Chris Schaffer; one sister-in-law Alma Fink; daughter-in-law Bev Rumpel; and granddaughter Kathryn Rumpel (in infancy). Justina is survived by her children: Dave Rumpel of Regina Beach, Arlene (Jeff) Bresciani and Jo Rumpel all of Regina, Sandy (Brian) Riche of Bethune, Neil (Tammy) Rumpel of Craven, Ruth Pedersen of Langdon AB and Gord (Jennifer) Rumpel of Craven; seventeen grandchildren; one sister Rose (Peter) Nagy; and one brother Reverend Vincent Fink O.F.M.; three sisters-in-law: Irma Fink, Audrey Fink and Kay Fink; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Prayers will be held at St. Peters R.C. Church, 310 Lake Street, Lumsden, SK on Friday, August 17, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will also be held at St. Peters R.C. Church on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Michael Conaghan O.F.M. Celebrant. Interment in Craven Cemetery.
