Obituary of Gilbert Charles Smallwood

SMALLWOOD " On Wednesday, July 25 , 2007 Gilbert Charles (Gil, Gib or Gibby) passed away at the age of 80 years. Predeceased by his loving wife, Edna Mae; his parents, Albert (Ab) and Agnes Smallwood; brothers, George (Geordy) killed in action in Caen, France in 1944, Reg and Roy (Pee Wee); and sister Shirley Braid (John Braid, Jim Davidson). Gilbert is survived by his son Ron of Regina; and sister Beatrice Fossum of Black Creek, BC. A Memorial Tea and Celebration of Gibbys Life will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. in Speers Family Centre, 2333 Cornwall Street, Regina.
