Obituary of Robert John Paddock

PADDOCK " On Wednesday, August 29, 2007 Robert Bob? Paddock passed away at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by his parents, Benjamin and Edith, Bob is survived by his wife of 65 years, Florence; son, Dennis (Wendy), grandsons, Brett (Chrystal) and Jared (Jeanelle) and son, Blaine (Jan) and granddaughter, Jocelyn; brothers, Howard (Kathleen) and Martin (Gladys); sister, Muriel (Alvin); sisters-in-law, Lorna, Helen, Phyllis and Vickie; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. Bob worked for the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool for 34 years as a grain buyer and area superintendent. After retirement he worked for Gordons Redi-Mix in Melfort. Bob and Florence were avid RVers, enjoying many summers at Waskesiu. A Memorial Service for family and friends will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in Broadway Terrace Chapel, 1150 Broadway Avenue, Regina with Rev. Lois Knudson Munholland officiating. A private family interment will be held at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined. The family is grateful for the kindness and care shown to Bob throughout his illness by the staff at 3A, Pasqua Hospital, Allan Blair Cancer Clinic, RQHR and Palliative Homecare and the Broadway Terrace Personal Care Home.
