Obituary of Kasia Zimmerman

ZIMMERMAN, Kasia 1921 " 2007 Kasia Zimmerman (nee Fransiszyn), born May 6, 1921 in Poland, passed away peacefully at the Pasqua Palliative Care Unit on Thursday, September 13, 2007. Predeceased by her loving husband Arthur, July 28, 1982; parents Joannus and Klemintina; brothers, Alex, John and Stan; sisters, Nellie and Jean, Kasia is survived by her loving daughter Sharon Beristain and her husband Guillermo (Courtenay, BC); her loving grandchildren, Alexander (Toronto, ON) and Elena (Victoria, BC); brother Ray Francis (St. Catharines, ON); nieces, Sandra Adams (daughter Colleen) (Pennsylvania, USA), Karen Moriarty (David " son Garrett) (Toronto), Darlene (Hal) Wickens (Cold Lake, AB) and Penny Francis (Savona, BC); nephews, Doug (Barbara) Zimmerman (Ponoka, AB), Bruce (Wanda) Zimmerman (Ponoka, AB), Bob (Pam) Zimmerman (Fort Saskatchewan, AB), Kevin (Barb) Zimmerman (Edmonton) and Gary (Lesley) Francis (Calgary). Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 17, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Anne R. C. Church, 1701 Cowan Crescent, Regina, with Rev. Thomas Nguyen presiding. Lunch following the service will be in the church hall. Interment at the R.C.M.P. Cemetery, following lunch. Flowers gratefully declined.
