Obituary of Joyce Fusaye Sano

SANO " Miss Joyce Fusaye Sano, born October 18, 1953 in Regina passed away suddenly on Monday, October 8, 2007 at the age of 53 years. Predeceased by her parents, father, Kanematsu Ken Sano in 1986, mother, Fusako Florence Sano (nee Tsujimoto) in 2004; brothers, Dennis Sano in 1955, Gary Kiyro Sano in 2003 and Regan Ken Sano in 2006. Joyce is survived by her loving family, sister Nancy Sano; sister-in-law Debbie Sano (nee Gushulak) and her family; brothers, Robert, Glen, Brent (Sharon nee Reslein), Brian Sano and special friend, Yvonne Fournier Ross; aunt, Pat Hori of Newmarket, ON, Jane Tsujimoto; uncles, Eddy and Shiro Tsujimoto of Toronto, ON; as well as several other aunts, uncles and cousins in Ontario and Japan. Thank you to Regina EMS, Regina Fire Department and Regina Police Service for your compassionate care of Joyce. Thanks to all her friends and workers at Cosmopolitan Learning Centre where she attended for 37 years of service. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2007 from 7:00 " 8:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 19, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue with Rev. Jim Balfour officiating. Cremation. Interment in Regina Cemetery.
