Obituary of Thi Bay Le

LE, THI BAY_ GIAC AN peacefully passed away on Tuesday Oct 16, 2007 at the age of 89. She was born in 1918 in South Vietnam, landed in Canada in 1984 and spent many happy years with her 3 sons, 3 daughters, 3 daughter-in-laws, 1 son-in-law and 8 grandchildren in Regina Sk. In the family she was a great loving, kind Mom and Grandma. With her generous heart, she enjoyed contributing her time and effort to various different charity projects such as being one of the founders of Hai Duc Buddhist Temple Regina and others. The funeral service and prayers were held in Speers Funeral Chapel from Wed, Oct 17 to Sun, Oct 21, 2007 with Ven. Thich Thien Tam, Ven. Thich Phap Hoa from Truc Lam Buddhist Research Institute Edmonton officiating. Interment was held at Riverside Memorial Park. All donations received will be contributed to Hai Duc Temple Regina. Our Family wishes to extend a special thank to Quy Thay, all Buddhist Communities and friends from Truc Lam Edmonton, Chanh Tam Saskatoon, Hai Duc Regina Temples and other cities for your kindness and comfort, donations, flowers, and big helping hands to make the last celebration day of our Mom/ Grandma very memorable.
