COUESLAN " Stella Cecile Coueslan passed away peacefully October 20, 2007. Stella was predeceased by her husband Jim Dickens. Survived by her sister Evelyn (Dave); brothers Jim, and Ben (Linda), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Monday, October 22, 2007 (TODAY) at 3:00 p.m. Flowers gratefully declined.
