Obituary of Kathleen Adella Gilchrist
GILCHRIST- DELLA - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Della. Born October 4, 1923 and entered into rest on Saturday, October 27, 2007. She was born and lived most of her life in the Pense area. Della is predeceased by her husband, Ken; parents, Lloyd and Josephine Badley; and brother, Melvin. Della is survived and will be missed by her son, Lloyd; daughter, Charlotte (Cecil) Hall of Regina Beach and their family; brother, Desmond (Shirley) Badley; sister-in-law Anne Gilchrist of Saskatoon. She has many nieces and nephews and has been a grandma to many. We would like to thank the Lumsden Heritage Home for their care and compassion during these last few years, it has been greatly appreciated. At Dellas request there will be no funeral. A committal of ashes will take place on Friday, November 2, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Anglican Church Cemetery at Pense. Flowers are gratefully declined.
