Obituary of Beatrice Helen Hallman

HALLMAN, Betty (nee Burbridge) " Betty slipped away peacefully on November 15, 2007 following a lengthy illness. She is survived by Don, her loving husband of 25 years, nephew Gordon Robinson (June) of Victoria and grandniece Tracy Miller (Joe) of Chilliwack. She was predeceased by her mother, two sisters (Kathleen Price and Norah Robinson) and niece Jean Price. Betty was born in Regina and lived in the city for most of her life. For many years she worked in the Water Department of the City of Regina while living with and caring for her mother. In 1982, she married the love of her life, Don Hallman. They were a frequent sight dining and dancing around Regina. Though she had no children of her own, Betty loved to entertain and care for her own nieces and nephew as well as the children of many friends. She was perhaps at her happiest when she could shop or eat at a favourite restaurant with the kids?. For the last three years, Don and Betty have lived at the Campbell Care Home in Regina. Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. in Riverside Memorial Park Chapel, 815 Assiniboine Avenue East, Regina. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
