Obituary of Mary Magdalena Krasko

KRASKO, MARY All of the family of Mary Krasko are profoundly saddened by her passing on November 21, 2007 at age 76 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Norm; daughters: Evelyn (Ray) Steel, Norma (Bill) Laurie, Valerie Wingert (Vern Cardinal), Brenda (Rand) Rutt, Sherry (Dave) Merk, Sandra (Brian) Popp; thirteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews; sisters Frances Nault (Charlie Haley), Dianne Mulaney, Darlene Voakes; sisters-in-law Irene Ziegler, Laura Ziegler, Nettie Ziegler, Joyce Krasko, Mae McLowich; brothers, John Ziegler, Tony Ziegler, Don (Marlene) Ziegler, Fred (Gloria) Ziegler. She was predeceased by her father Christian Ziegler, mother Maria Ziegler, father-in-law Joseph Krasko; mother-in-law Minnie Krasko; sister Rose Kohlruss; sisters-in-law Jean Ziegler, Anne Ziegler; brothers, Edward Ziegler, Joseph Ziegler, Conrad Ziegler; brothers-in-law Eli Nault, Art Kohlruss, Dave Voakes, William Krasko, Peter McLowich. A Service of Celebration of Marys life will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 3825 Hillsdale Street, Regina with Pastor Bryan L. Rosnau officiating. Interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park, 815 Assiniboine Avenue East. Our sincere thanks to Dr. S. Bester and Shirley for their gracious assistance over many years. Also to Dr. H. Chalchal and the nurses at the Allan Blair Cancer Centre and to the nurses from Palliative Home Care and the Home Health Aides, Dr. L. Clein and the nurses and staff at the Palliative Care Unit at the Pasqua Hospital were extremely helpful. Flowers are gratefully declined.
