Obituary of Melinda Eileen Hebert

HEBERT " Melinda Eileen Hebert (nee Solvason) passed away on Monday, December 17, 2007 at the age of 42 years after a losing battle with cancer and related treatments. She is predeceased by her father Kristjan Solvason. Melinda is survived by her loving husband, Brian; mother, Shirley Solvason; brother, Greg and wife Natasha; mother-in-law, Millie Hebert; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Melinda enjoyed her position with WCB in Regina where she had many supporting friends. Her pastime was spent filling the basement of their home with various collectables of Elvis and the Royal family, which she had interest in since she was young. She was a real caring person when it came to her dog Bobbi and cat Sadie Mae. She was always collecting stray animals that were loose on the streets in the neighborhood and holding for the Humane Society. That was how she acquired Sadie Mae. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 21, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in Avonhurst Pentecostal Assembly, 3200 Avonhurst Drive, Regina with Rev. Doug Lancaster officiating.
