Obituary of Norman 'Ray' King

NORMAN RAY KING 1913 2012 It is with sadness, the family of Ray King announce his peaceful passing at the Pasqua Hospital, Regina, on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at the age of 98 years. Predeceased by his wife Violet in 2004; one sister Doris (Almor) Fox; two brothers, Russell (Ruby), and Clair; two brothers-in-law John Anderson and Gerald Brown; Ray is survived and will be dearly missed by his three daughters, Lois (David) McChesney of Regina, Lillian (Loren) Henke of Dagmar MT, and Muriel (Alan) Bennett of Meacham SK; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two sisters, Muriel Brown and Violet Anderson. There will be a Service held in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina SK at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 7, 2012 with Jim Atcheson and Donovan Olson officiating. The Funeral Service will be held at The Royal Canadian Legion, 328 1st Avenue E., Nipawin SK at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 8, 2012 with David Jury and Richard King officiating.
