Obituary of Louis William Krohn

KROHN " Louis (Lou) passed away on Saturday December 22, 2007 at the age of 77 years. Predeceased by his parents Paul and Katharine. Left to cherish his memory his wife, Joan and family, Randy and Gail and their two children Noel and Melissa (Nathan), Rob and Sheila and their three children Jaylene and Chris Hansen, Devin (Heather) and Bryant, his brother, Jack from Windsor, Ontario, and many nieces and nephews. Lou was born in Chesley, Ontario, married Joan in Hamilton, Ontario in 1955. Lou was trained at Niagara Parks School of Horticulture and graduated in 1954. Worked for McMaster University in Hamilton from 1954-1958, Anglo Newfoundland Development Company in Grand Falls, Newfoundland from 1958-1965 and Wascana Center Authority in Regina from 1965 until his retirement in 1990. Lou loved the outdoors and could be seen tending his garden, planting flowers, or feeding the birds and squirrels. He will be missed greatly. We Love You. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina with Pastor Daryl Solie officiating.
