Obituary of Anne Veronica Sameoto

SAMEOTO " On Tuesday, February 19, 2008 Anne Veronica Sameoto (nee Stanicky) passed away peacefully at the age of 91 years, the daughter of Lena and Fred Stanicky of Regina. Anne is survived by her son Doug (Donna) of Dartmouth, NS; four grandchildren, Daniel of Vancouver,BC, Jessica of Victoria, BC, Leah and Colleen of Dartmouth, NS; sister Kay Seibel; nieces, Jeanette (Peter) Kozack, Wilma Gilbertson; nephews, Bob (Carol) Stanicky, Brad Seibel, Bill Seibel. Predeceased by her husband Dan in 1989; brother Peter (Lena) Stanicky; brother-in-law, Bill Seibel; and nephew Ken Seibel. Her greatest joys were her grandchildren and caring for those in need up until her passing. She was one who always saw the best in everyone. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2008 from 7:00 " 8:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Matthews Anglican Church, 2161 Winnipeg Street, Regina. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
