I really enjoyed having Dave for a neighbour at the Balfour. We were always bumping into each other whether at the elevator, in the lobby or on Victoria Avenue. Dave would often crack a joke like "we've got to stop meeting like this!" or give me some health advice or a household tip. I miss all of those little chats. He did an excellent job taking care of this beautiful historic building for many years and added to its character. My condolences to his family.

Dave will always be a big part of my memories of living at the Balfour Apts. He was always willing to help with things around the condo and was always cheerful. He will be missed.

I enjoyed getting to know Dave while living here at the Balfour. He did a lot for us. Always on the ready with a roll of duct tape and a bad joke. It was fun to share a laugh with him. I will miss seeing Dave around here, and will miss seeing him embark on and return from his walks around Wascana lake.
He was truly a good guy.
