Obituary of Richard Charles Patrick Driscoll

RICHARD CHARLES PATRICK DRISCOLL January 20, 1936 September 13, 2012 Dick was born in Pontiex, SK and passed away peacefully in the company of his family on Thursday, September 13, 2012, at the age of 76. Richard was raised on the family farm and then worked many hours on heavy construction. He was a devoted family man with a wife; seven children; nineteen grandchildren; and his special furry friend Baby (kitty). Richard was predeceased by his parents Ada Mary and Charles Patrick Driscoll; brothers Vincent and Raymond Driscoll; brothers-in-law Ave Weiss, Lloyd Atkinson and Arnold Vossen; nephew James Atkinson; and son-in-law Emile Dumais. Dick is survived by his wife Cecile; children Wendy (Emile deceased) and their children Shayla (Denis) and Shyanne; Janine (George) McKnight and their children Theresa (Michael), Taryn (Mark) and Blaine (Jordan); Bernice (Jason); Pamela (John) Milos and their children Eric (Catherine), Becky (Jarrid), Brett, Evan, Easton and Ian; Jeff (Robyn) Carroll and their children Ryan, Corey, Dillon, Emma and Ayslynn; Curtis (Kim) Carroll and their children Anthony and Emerson; and Crystal (Cam) Allen and their child Hanna-Marie; sisters Reba (Ave deceased) Weiss, Lou (Steve) Pylypuk, Ruth (Lloyd deceased) Atkinson, Dorothy (Arnold deceased) Vossen, Fay Driscoll and Ada (Hector) Boulet. Richards family would like to thank the amazing medical staff at both the Pasqua and General Hospitals that have cared for our husband, dad and Poppa over the past three years.
