Obituary of Anna Louise Achtymichuk

ACHTYMICHUK, ANNA LOUISE, (MacCuish) late of Extendicare Parkside Regina, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2008 at the age of 88 years. Anne was born in Port Hood, Nova Scotia. She lived most of her adult life in Saskatchewan in Kamsack, Success, Swift Current, and Regina. She enjoyed reading, was an accomplished seamstress, and loved to travel. Anne is survived by her son, Jim (Joan) of Coronach; daughters Lyn Stuart (Earl) of Victoria, BC, and Wendy Horsfall (George) of Victoria, BC; grandchildren Tyler and Trisha Stuart of Calgary, Elyn and Kimberley Achtymichuk of Coronach. She is predeceased by her husband John, and her brothers and sisters: Rose, Margaret, Agnes, David, Lydia, Betty, Charles, Isabel, Jean and Kenny. Thanks to the staff at Extendicare Parkside for their compassionate care of Anne over the past 2 years. A private memorial for the family will be held at a later date.
