Obituary of John Shields

SHIELDS " On Monday, April 14, 2008 John Shields passed away suddenly at the age of 74 years. Predeceased by his father, Alexander (Pop); mother, Rubina; brother, Robert; grandson, Alexander John. He is survived by his children Colin and his children, Kyle and Troy and their mother, Barbara; Janice and her children, Jessica and Scott and their father, Mark; Ian (Nicole) and their children, Nicholas and Madison; special friend, Terri; her children, daughter, Dana and her son, Jacob; and son, Carey- Shayne; the mother of Johns children, Rita; one brother Alex (Beryl); two sisters, Riah, and Anna; as well as numerous nieces and nephew, too many to mention here. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all. A Memorial Service to celebrate Johns life will be held on Friday, April 18, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina.
