Obituary of Ellen Irene Driver

DRIVER - Ellen Irene passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at Elmview Extendicare. Ellen was born September 28, 1915 in Glenavon, SK. Being the oldest of ten children Ellen never married, instead helped out with raising her younger brother and sisters and later her nieces and nephews. Ellen was predeceased by her brother Bert Driver; her sisters Evelyn Caldwell, Lu McCarthy, Meryl Staley and Betty Bennett. She is survived by her sisters, June Tvedt, Doris Campbell, Glenys MacDonald, and Amy Johnston; as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Monday, April 21, 2008 at 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to be made to a charity of your choice.
