Obituary of Douglas Mervin Anaquod

ANAQUOD, Douglas Mervin Joseph Paul (Spring Cloud) - It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our son, brother, father, grandfather, and uncle on Friday, April 25, 2008. Mervin left us to be with the Creator at the young age of 60. Born to Viola (nee Sunkawaste) and Joseph Anaquod November 6, 1947, the eldest of eight children, he is predeceased by his daughter Rhonda, in infancy, Stella Perrault (mother to son Douglas), and father Joseph. He is survived by his son Douglas; daughter Alicia (Marilyn); special son Michael; mother Viola; brothers Del (Dianne), Garry, Harley; sisters Della, Tina (Chris), Michelle (Bill), Cindy (Ron); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and special cousins. Visitation will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue on Wednesday April 30, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel.
