Obituary of Edward Morley Prince

PRINCE, Edward Morley, born May 12, 1929 in Regina, lost his battle with cancer on April 30, 2008, just 12 days before his 79th birthday. Predeceased by his father, Ted (1975); sister Bertha McKenzie (1982); and his mother, Edith (2007). Edward is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Gertie; his five children: Bill (Gwen) of Sherwood Park, AB, Tim (Faye) of Regina, Connie Franks (Rob Ealey) of Regina, Roberta Fulmes of Chestermere, AB, Twila (Cam) Wolfe of Edmonton, AB; grandchildren: Joshua Franks (Jamie Todd, Trinity and Keegan) Megan and Carly Fulmes and Sydney Wolfe; two brothers, Allan (Virginia) and Reg (Rose) of Regina; sisters-in-law, Elsie Oancia of Regina, Wilma Euteneier of Kronau; brothers-in-law, Wilfred (Mona) Leippi of Kronau, Howard McKenzie of Regina; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina with Rev. Helmut Nachtigall officiating. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Edwards memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association, South Saskatchewan, 917 Albert Street, Regina S4R 2P6 or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 2360 " 2nd Avenue, Regina S4R 1A6.
