Obituary of Rose Marie Boyle

BOYLE " Rose Marie (Charlebois) was born on September 29, 1936 in Estevan, SK. She was the third child born to Arthur and Beatrice Charlebois. Rose received her elementary education at Valley View School and attended the Estevan Collegiate for her high school education. In September 1953 Rose registered in a business college in Moose Jaw. In January 1954, after becoming a full fledged secretary, Rose ventured to Regina seeking employment. The following years found Rose working at various secretarial jobs in the city. Rose loved watching sports on T.V. especially football. Over the years she remained a loyal Saskatchewan Roughrider fan. Since 1954 Rose has continued to live in the city, calling Regina her home. Rose lost her life to cancer on Tuesday, May 6, 2008. A Memorial Service conducted by Br. Dominic Tessier will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michaels Retreat House, Lumsden. Rose will be fondly remembered and missed by her longtime friend and companion, Winston Scull, Regina; her faithful, loving cousin, Br. Dominic Tessier, Lumsden; her brothers, Lawrence Charlebois, Roche Percy; Paul (Cec) Charlebois, Saskatoon; her sister, Simonne (Allan) Brown, Estevan; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
