September 3, 1929 " May 9, 2008 Franklin Ernest Hamilton Father, grandfather, uncle and brother. He was a kind-hearted man with a passion for wood carving, fishing, animals and his children. He leaves to mourn his children: Murray (Randy, Jeremy, Damien, Michael), Janie (Justin, Joel, Meghan), Eugene (Jeanine, Curtis), Luanne (Jenelle), Diane (Risa, Nina) daughter-in-law Kim (Peter, Bret), Robert and Rose (Ashley, Shaun, Tom), Albert (Michael, Arrick), Myrna (Chris, Dylan, Markie, Matti), John (Damon), Kimberly, Christopher (Chase). Brothers and sisters, Stan (Florence) Oligvie, Rose (Barry) Bowers, Florence (Stan) Dyck, Ray, Francis, Helen, Wilfred, Glenn, June, Donald, Alex and Anna. Numerous nieces, nephews and 12 great-grandchildren. His favorite nephew, Gary and his best friend Taffy. He is predeceased by his parents, Alexander and Elizabeth, brother Clayton, sister Doris and son Peter. Prayers will be held Monday, May 12, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Child R.C. Church, 2636 7th Avenue East, with Rev. John Weckend officiating. Cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully declined. A donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, S4P 2R3 or to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 917 Albert Street, Regina S4R 2P6.
