Obituary of Anne Clara Yanz

YANZ " On Thursday, May 15, 2008, Anne Clara Yanz, late of Regina, passed away peacefully at the age 84 years. Predeceased by her parents, Walter and Elizabeth Thurm; brothers, Norm, Paul, Walter and Albert, Anne is survived and so deeply missed by her loving husband Ed; her only son Wayne (Linda); grandchildren, Mike (Kelly) and Renee (Kory); and five great-grandchildren, Dylan, Joel, Ryan, Jenna and Matthew. Anne will be sadly missed by her family, brothers, Nelson, Roy (Phyliss), sister Clara and very special sister-in-law Anne Thurm. Mom was so loved by her nephews and nieces, and especially Faye and Craik who always included them at Sunday dinners. All who knew Anne will miss her infectious laugh, MOST generous heart and her special way of making everyone feel warm and welcome. Annes family was her life, she was an unbelievable wife, a dedicated and loving mother and mother-in-law, an incredible grandmother and wonderful great-grandmother. She could not hear enough stories about those great-grandchildren. Anne was filled with passion for life, strength and positivity. She leaves footprints of her love and kindness on each one of our hearts. If you know of Waynes good nature, humour and kindness you are seeing a reflection of his beautiful mother. Thank you to the wonderful staff and Dr. H. Chalchal on Unit 3B at the Pasqua Hospital. Mom loved you all. Also, thank you to the wonderful and caring staff at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre.
