Obituary of James (Moogin) (Jim) Scott

JAMES SCOTT (MOOGIN) (JIM) September 16, 1954 " July 8, 2008 Predeceased by his father Frank Buffalo (1982), his mother Flossie Buffalo (1993); his nephews Shannon Buffalo (1998), Daniel Scott (2002), and Vincent Scott (2003); and his little sister Marie Buffalo (2004). James will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Melanie (Terry) Scott and their children, Ryland, Shaylyn, Teryole, and Somer; his son Justin Scott; his brothers Percy Scott and Sam (Marilyn) Buffalo; his sisters Helen Deobald, Linda (Eddy) Fisher and Inez (Spencer) Strongquill; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and other family members. James grew up in Day Star First Nation and was a part of a wonderful family who were close to his heart. We would like to express our love and appreciation to Beatrice and Morris Kinequon and family for loving him as their own. James would often talk of the many memories they had spent together. We would also like to thank the staff of 4C at the Pasqua Hospital and the Renal Unit at the Regina General Hospital for their concern and compassionate care during James stay. A Wake will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. at 1514 " 11th Avenue, Regina. Interment will be held on Friday, July 11, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in Riverside Memorial Park with Rev.
