Obituary of Irene Rice

RICE - After a short illness, Doris Rice passed away peacefully on Monday, July 28, 2008, surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her husband, Ted; her parents, Joe and Maude Rimmer; and her sister, May, Doris is survived by her two daughters, Debbie (Jim) Phillipchuk and Bev (Jerry) Riffel; her grandchildren, Natalie, Ian, Matt and Olivia; as well as numerous nieces and nephews in Canada and Mavis, Dorothy, Graham and their families in England. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in All Saints Anglican Church, 142 Massey Road, Regina with The Rev. Dr. Trish McCarthy officiating. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in memoriam, to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 279 - 3rd Avenue North, Saskatoon S7K 2H8.
