Obituary of Gregory Kenneth Shaw

SHAW - Greg (Gregory Kenneth) passed away accidentally Saturday, August 2, 2008 in Regina at the age of 41 years. Greg was the much-loved father of Roland and son of Lynn and Mike (Regina), brother of Christine (Toronto), grandson of Charles and Dorothy Stanyar and of Grace Shaw (Ottawa), nephew of Phil and Yvonne Shaw (Regina), Leslie and Jim Carman, Ellen and Les Varhelyi, Bill Stanyar (Ottawa), Pat and Yvie Gillis (BC). He is remembered by Roland's mother Rhonda Otten (Regina), and her family Charlene Otten, and Trevor and Laurele Otten (Regina). His tragic loss will be felt deeply by his extended family, his colleagues at work, his many personal friends, his clients, those in the Regina business and service community whose lives he touched and his AA friends. He will be remembered for his love of life, his courage and tenacity and his caring for others. A visitation for family and friends will be held (TONIGHT) Friday, August 8, 2008 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina.
